1. Parties
These terms apply to purchases of books and publications from:

The agreement is between Sic Publishing AS (the seller) and the individual who places the order (the customer).
2. Payment
- All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment is made at the time of order using Vipps MobilePay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or other methods offered at checkout.
- For pre-orders, payment is normally charged at the time of ordering unless otherwise specified.
3. Delivery
- Physical books are shipped by post or courier to the address provided at checkout.
- Normal delivery time within Norway is 5–7 working days after shipment. Delivery times abroad will vary.
- For pre-orders, books will be shipped immediately after the official release date. The planned release date for The Last Kiss is November 2025.
- Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.
4. Right of Withdrawal
- Consumers in Norway and the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
- The withdrawal period starts from the day the goods are received.
- To exercise this right, the customer must notify Sic Publishing AS in writing within 14 days.
- Products must be returned in substantially the same condition as received. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Returns
- If you regret your purchase within the withdrawal period, you may return the book(s) at your own expense.
- Returned items must be sent to:
Sic Publishing AS, Storgata 3, 2609 Lillehammer, Norway. - Once the return is received and approved, the purchase price (including original shipping costs, if applicable) will be refunded within 14 days.
6. Complaints and Defects
- If a product is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Customers have the right to demand repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act.
- Complaints should be submitted by email to post@sicpublish.no with order details and description of the issue.
7. Dispute Resolution
- These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the parties, consumers may bring the matter before the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet).
- The competent venue is Lillehammer District Court, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.
