Dokumentere kjønnsapartheid is an upcoming publication from Sic Publishing, based on the ongoing Gender Apartheid project.

This book brings together first-hand accounts from people who have lived under systems where laws, rules, and social structures enforce deep and systematic gender discrimination.

Rather than analysing from a distance, the project centres lived experience — voices that are often silenced, hidden, or made unsafe to share.

Through personal testimony, the book offers insight into how gender-based repression shapes everyday life, limits freedom, and affects identity, relationships, and opportunity.

It is also a work about resistance: about how people navigate, endure, and challenge these systems, and how stories themselves can act as a form of documentation and defiance.
