Parties<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These terms apply to purchases of books and publications from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sic Publishing AS<br>Org. no.: 933 134 032<br>Storgata 3, 2609 Lillehammer, Norway<br>Email: <a href=\"mailto:post@sicpublish.no\">post@sicpublish.no<\/a><br>Phone: +47 46593564 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The agreement is between Sic Publishing AS (the seller) and the individual who places the order (the customer).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT where applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment is made at the time of order using Vipps MobilePay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or other methods offered at checkout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For pre-orders, payment is normally charged at the time of ordering unless otherwise specified.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Physical books are shipped by post or courier to the address provided at checkout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Normal delivery time within Norway is 5\u20137 working days after shipment. Delivery times abroad will vary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For pre-orders, books will be shipped immediately after the official release date. The planned release date for <em>The Last Kiss<\/em> is November 2025.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Consumers in Norway and the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The withdrawal period starts from the day the goods are received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To exercise this right, the customer must notify Sic Publishing AS in writing within 14 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products must be returned in substantially the same condition as received. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you regret your purchase within the withdrawal period, you may return the book(s) at your own expense.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returned items must be sent to:<br>Sic Publishing AS, Storgata 3, 2609 Lillehammer, Norway.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the return is received and approved, the purchase price (including original shipping costs, if applicable) will be refunded within 14 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Complaints and Defects<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If a product is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers have the right to demand repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complaints should be submitted by email to <a href=\"mailto:post@sicpublish.no\">post@sicpublish.no<\/a> with order details and description of the issue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>These terms are governed by Norwegian law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the parties, consumers may bring the matter before the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerr\u00e5det).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The competent venue is Lillehammer District Court, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
